Larger bore capacity
Up to 50g per shot
The larger bore gives more headroom for bigger parts, thicker sections, and low-volume production runs that were tight on the 30g machine.
NEW
Built for customers who need a larger shot size and more durable high-temperature operation, the 50g machine upgrades the melt zone, heater package, and frame height while keeping the compact pneumatic workflow of the original MALIEV machine.
Each launch feature has its own visual so customers can understand what changed from the 30g machine without reading a wall of specifications.
Larger bore capacity
The larger bore gives more headroom for bigger parts, thicker sections, and low-volume production runs that were tight on the 30g machine.
Material upgrade
The melt zone changes from aluminum to steel for better durability and improved suitability around higher-temperature operation.
Heating package
Two 220V 350W hot runner heater bands replace the previous 300W bands for stronger heat-up performance and a more durable heating setup.
Frame height
The overall machine height increases from the 30g frame to support the larger 50g configuration while keeping the same compact pneumatic architecture.
Mold envelope
The 50g version supports a maximum mold size of 240 x 240 x 100mm, with the open lower frame shown clearly for mold planning.
The 50g version keeps the compact pneumatic workflow while upgrading the parts that matter for larger shots and higher-duty heating.
Larger bore capacity gives more working headroom for bigger low-volume molded parts.
More durable melt-zone material for higher-temperature operation and longer service life.
Dual 220V 350W hot runner heater bands improve heat-up performance over the standard setup.
The launch model is sized for 50g shots with a taller frame and a maximum mold envelope of 240 x 240 x 100mm.
